Pepon Osorio
Pepon Osorio is an artist. He’s best known for large-scale installations. He was born in Puerto Rico in 1955. His pieces are influenced by him being a social worker in the Bronx New York. He currently resides in Philidelphia. His princpal committment as an artist is to give back to the community.
Tina’s house is the piece im going to review. It tells a story of a lady and her daughter who’s house got caught on fire.
It consists of pictures, miniature furniture, lamps, and everything else that would be in a real house. His work has been shown in the Whitney Museum of Amercica, El Museo del Barrio in New York, the Smithsonian Museum of American Art in Washington, D.C., and el Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico and El Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Puerto Rico.

Ways to Create Emotion in a Picture
I think one way to make a picture more interesting than what it is, is to add things into the photo to make it more interesting. If it is an oblect that is moveable you can put it in a surrounding that would make it a better quality photo. Another example of making a photo more interesting is, if it is a person just standing in a room, you can have the person dress in something that will grab somebody’s attention . You can have the person position their body in a way that will grab someone’s attention. Maybe them doing some aerobic action. The last way i think can make a photo more interesting is if something is placed where there is a multi-colored light.
